At Pocket Rider, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be received in a damaged or defective condition. Proof of the issue (such as clear photos or videos) must be provided.

Items sent back to us without first contacting our support team will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
